Company History

AccuSport was founded in 1987 by a group of golfers who envisioned a method to dramatically improve and change the way golfers practice. They conceived an idea of an automated system that would provide instantaneous feedback to the golfer on the precise distance and accuracy of golf shots on the practice range.

Accu-Shot™ was a range-based product that was well received in concept by the marketplace. This product eventually morphed into the company's successful introduction of the Vector Launch System (VLS) in 2003, a much more portable photometric-based unit. Since then, the company has successfully introduced several new generations in this product line including the Vector Pro which paved the way for integrated swing analysis via digital camcorder feed, and the VectorX Launch System which is the first all-in-one launch system, containing an on-board processor and LCD screen.

As we continue to explore the use of new technology in making new products and in making our current products better, we look forward to making our launch monitors more accurate, more affordable, and easier to use.
