Before downloading any software from our website, we recommend downloading the software and hardware installation instructions, each marked with a yellow exclamation mark. In addition, a username and password is required to download software from our site. To obtain a username/password, please contact Customer Support.
Vector Pro Software
Prior to installing or upgrading the Vector Pro Software on your computer, we
recommend that you download, and follow, the Vector Pro software download/installation instructions below.
After installing or upgrading the Vector Pro Software, we recommend that you download, and follow,
the Vector Pro Driver Loading Instructions below. This will walk you through installing the hardware.
Vector Software
We recommend that you also download the Vector driver
loading instructions document. You will need this after installing the
software for the first time, when attempting to connect a new unit to
your computer, or possibly when upgrading from a previous software version.
