This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is active for one (1) year and is for products purchased directly from AccuSport or an authorized AccuSport Reseller. The Limited Warranty Period begins when the product is shipped to you and is based on the date indicated on your invoice or packing slip. Proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service. The following sections describe the limited warranty and repair policy for the United States and Canada
Why should I register my product?
AccuSport must receive your product registration to create a record that can be used in the event that your product is lost or stolen. Registration also allows us to contact you regarding software or product updates and other products that may be of interest.
How do I register my product?
You may register either by returning the product registration card included when you received your product, via our website at www.accusport.com, or by contacting our customer support department at (866) 759‑3302 to register by phone
What is covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty covers parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship of the product.
What is NOT covered by this limited warranty?
- Normal wear and tear of the product
- Damage due to accident, neglect, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, or problems with electrical power
- Failure to follow the product's user manual
- Repairs not authorized by AccuSport
- Products with missing or altered serial numbers
- Products for which AccuSport has not received payment
- Consequential damages caused by the product or time and expense in getting the damage repaired. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How do I send my product(s) in to be repaired?
To receive repairs on your product, you must first contact customer support at 1-866-759-3302 to troubleshoot the problem. If repairs are needed, customer support will issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) which must be written on the box. The product must be returned to us in its original or equivalent package with prepaid shipping and the shipment should be insured or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged. AccuSport will pay to ship your repaired product back to you provided you use an address in the United States or Canada. Otherwise, we will ship the product to you freight collect.
If the repair is not covered under this warranty, AccuSport will notify you with the repair options available to you and secure a credit card for payment of repair expenses.
AccuSport is not responsible for duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
What will void the warranty?
This limited warranty will become void if the product is opened by an unauthorized person.
What happens when the warranty expires?
In the event that your warranty has lapsed, your product can still be sent in for repairs at your own expense by contacting our customer support department at (866) 759-3302. A credit card number will be obtained and you will be responsible for the costs of the repairs as well as all shipping charges.
Is the warranty transferable?
The limited warranty is transferable and is based on the original ship date of the product. We request that, if you transfer ownership of the product, you notify us by contacting our customer support department at (866) 759-3302.
What is the procedure to receive customer support?

GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Repair or replacement of the product, as provided herein, is the exclusive remedy provided to you as this limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and except as set out herein all representations, warranties, endorsements and conditions of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of title or non-infringement and any implied representations, warranties and conditions of fitness for a purpose, merchantability, satisfactory quality, durability, or arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade are hereby excluded, including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability and/or quality or fitness for a particular use or purpose and/or any implied warranty or condition of noninfringement. AccuSport shall not in any way be liable to you and you hereby waive any indirect, economic, special, commercial, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages (including without limitation lost profits, loss of business revenue or earnings, lost data, damages caused by delays or a failure to realize expected savings and the like and personal injury or wrongful death damages) arising from or in connection with the use or performance of the product, even if AccuSport is aware of the possibility of such damages. This limitation is intended to apply and does apply without regard to whether such damages are claimed, asserted or brought in an action or claim sounding in tort (including negligence) or contract, or under warranty, or under any other law or form of action. In no event shall AccuSport’s liability to you or to any third party claiming through you or on your behalf exceed the purchase price of the product you purchased or the cost of repairing or replacing the product, whichever is greater.
Limitation of Damages - In no event shall AccuSport be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind, or loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the ability or inability to use the product, to the full extent these damages may be disclaimed by law.
Invalidity of Terms - If a provision of this Limited Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render unenforceable the entire Limited Warranty, but rather (unless a failure of consideration would result there from) the Limited Warranty shall be construed as if not containing the particular invalid or unenforceable provision or provisions, and the rights and obligations of each party shall be construed and enforced accordingly
Arbitration - If a claim under the foregoing warranties is not resolved to the owner’s satisfaction, disputes relating to the scope, coverage or application of the foregoing warranties, or to the nature or amount of any compensation due hereunder, shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the terms and conditions then in effect of the American Arbitration Association or any successor thereto. The foregoing Arbitration requirement shall not apply to issues involving multiple owners of different properties, or issues related to the availability or determination of legal requirements of class action status. The costs of such Arbitration proceeding shall be borne by the party incurring them.
