Why Must I Register My Vector Launch System?
AccuSport must receive your product Warranty Card to register your Vector Launch System. We will not service a Vector Launch System that has not been registered. Once we receive your Warranty Card your coverage will begin based on your purchase date. The Warranty Card allows us to collect pertinent information regarding your Vector Launch System.
How Do I Register My Vector Launch System?
You may register either through mail or via our website, www.accusport.com. The card is enclosed with your Vector Launch System and must be sent within 30 days of purchase. If you did not purchase from AccuSport, you must also mail or fax your receipt/invoice.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
Your warranty is active for two years from the date of purchase, provided your registered Vector Launch System is operated and maintained according to instructions furnished with the product. This two year warranty period for replacement parts and labor also applies to the Modified Swingmate and Lazer used in conjunction with the Vector Launch System.
We offer a money back guarantee within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your registered Vector Launch System, you may return it for a full refund. If you purchased your Vector Launch System from an AccuSport Reseller, you must contact the reseller for a refund within the 30 day guarantee.
The thirty day money back guarantee also applies to the Lazer, Modified Swingmate, and Carrying Case used in conjunction with the Vector Launch System.
Our warranty includes Customer Support during regular business hours and weekend emergency support. We charge a small fee per incident for weekend support.

While the Vector Launch System is under warranty, you pay the shipping to us for repairs, and we pay the shipping back to you.
If your warranty has expired or become void, you pay shipping charges for your Vector Launch System both to and from AccuSport.
AccuSport is not responsible for International Customs fees or taxes. We recommend that international customers maintain copies of all shipping paperwork.
What is the Procedure for Having My Vector Launch System Repaired Under the Warranty?
There are two options for Vector Launch System repair under the warranty.
- You pay shipping to send your Vector Launch System to AccuSport for repair.
- We take 7 to 10 days to repair the Vector Launch System and return it to you.
- We pay shipping to return your Vector Launch System using 3 day delivery.
- The fee for a loaner Vector Launch System is $75 and includes next day delivery.
- We will ship the loaner Vector Launch System to you. You will return the malfunctioning Vector Launch System to us for repairs using the return shipping label provided (in the same box that the loaner Vector Launch System was sent).
- We repair your Vector Launch System and ship it to you. You will return the Loaner Vector Launch System to us using the return shipping label provided (in the same box that the Repaired Vector Launch System was sent).
- There is no fee other than the $75 Loaner Fee, unless you fail to return the Loaner Vector Launch System within 2 weeks of receipt.
What is the Procedure for Having My Vector Launch System Repaired if it is NOT under Warranty?
In the event that your warranty has lapsed and you have elected not to purchase an annual warranty (please see below), you may still follow one of the above two options (Option #1 - Repair, and Option #2 - Loaner & Repair). However, since your Vector Launch System unit is not under warranty, you will be responsible for the costs of the repair and the return shipping. AccuSport reserves the right to make repairs up to a total of $250 without notifying you (the customer) in advance.
Is the Warranty Transferable?
No. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the Vector Launch System. If a customer purchases a used Vector, he may send the Vector to us for recertification and may then purchase an AccuSport Vector warranty.
What Happens When my Warranty Expires / How Can I Purchase or Renew a Vector Warranty?
If your warranty expires, becomes void due to not registering your Vector, or if you purchase a used Vector, you may purchase an annual Vector Launch system warranty, at a cost of $315 per year. The following conditions apply:
- If you purchase your annual Vector warranty prior to the expiration of your initial two year warranty, you do not need to do anything (such as sending in your Vector Launch Monitor).
- If you purchase a used Vector Launch System, or if your warranty has lapsed, you must send your Vector Launch System to AccuSport for recertifying before the annual warranty takes effect.
- During the recertifying process, you are responsible for any necessary repairs or upgrades. AccuSport will notify you before you incur any charges.
Maintaining an annual Vector Launch System Warranty will allow you all of the repair benefits discussed above, as well as free software upgrades for as long as you maintain the annual warranty.
AccuSport maintains the right to modify the annual warranty costs as needed, upon sufficient notification to all annual warranty holders.
Customers may purchase an annual Vector Launch System warranty by contacting AccuSport Customer Service.
